I began practicing law in 2004 at a respected business litigation boutique in Indianapolis (one of three Chambers Band 1 firms in the state), where I spent 17 years learning from some of the best litigators in the state.

In 2021, I became the first General Counsel of a group of companies involved in transportation and auto racing. My responsibilities ranged from managing outside counsel in litigation nationwide, to guiding the companies through complex transactions, to negotiating a percentage of Indy 500 race prize money.

In 2025, I chose to focus full time on a new way to practice law at J Fulk Legal. Here I put my broad experience to work for a diverse base of clients with their own unique needs and meet each where it is. Always focusing on the practical, efficient solutions a business needs. And keeping my fees aligned with the value I provide.
